While we are honored that you would consider Embellished Simplicity to share this special day with you and capture these precious moments, we do not offer wedding coverage at this time.
After chatting with you and deciding on the best type of session and a date, we will collect a deposit to hold your session date. This amount goes towards your total session fee. In the event that you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
We feel that kiddos are most cooperative when they are comfy. This probably isn't the best time to for the kiddos to wear brand new stiff shoes or several coordinating layers in the Florida heat. A coordinating variety of colors and textures is what we recommend. We aren't fans of everyone wearing the same color shirt and same bottoms. Pinterest is a great resource. Search for family photography outfits and you will see a wealth of ideas! Finally, feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance in the planning process. We love when clients send us pics of their clothes and ask for advice. :)
Typically, we like to get your image gallery to you within 2-3 weeks. You will see sneak peek images pop up onto social media as soon as we start editing your images. When your gallery is ready, you will receive an email with your gallery password. You can share this gallery and password with any family and friends that you wish. You will be able to view, share, download and order professional prints directly from your gallery. *Be sure to download and save your digital images prior to the gallery expiration date to avoid a fee.
We offer professional prints that can easily be ordered from your gallery and shipped anywhere you'd like. This is especially helpful as you can share your gallery with family and grandma and grandpa can pick out their favorite pictures and purchase and have them shipped right to their house! While you do not HAVE to order prints through us, we cannot guarantee quality, clarity and coloring with any other photo lab. We also cannot be of any assistance with the upload and process of ordering prints through another lab as many online photo labs do not meet our minimum upload and print qualifications.
